Our home is not undoubtedly big, however my unbelievable friend and I do have a full size basement. Moving the laundry room downstairs was not a big deal to me until winter season weather started hitting us! Even though it is underground and it should not change temperature much, it did get quite freezing down there. I was freezing when I went down there to do laundry, and my fiance was not okay with that. My buddy and I tried putting a tiny space heating system that my unbelievable friend and I had down there, however it was too small to entirely do anything. My fiance decided that my unbelievable friend and I should buy a bigger space heating system for the basement. I was so happy about that because I was sick of being cold. He bought the heating system on sale which was nice. He took it out of the package and turned it on for me before he left for labor one day. I had never been so thankful for a little space heating system in my life. I still don’t like doing laundry, however it is much nicer with heat.

My buddy and I put it off for so long that I started getting used to staying up for hours each evening because I got so hot. It was legitimately silly of us to put off getting an air conditioning system, then they entirely aren’t that pricy. My buddy and I just procrastinate on things that my unbelievable friend and I don’t consider urgent. I wish that my unbelievable friend and I would have considered having air conditioning in our room urgent because now that my unbelievable friend and I have it, my unbelievable friend and I both sleep so much better. I feel I forgot what it felt like to have a full evening’s sleep. My fiance and I both observed that my unbelievable friend and I had a lot more energy after my unbelievable friend and I got our air conditioning system in our room. My buddy and I undoubtedly didn’t even end up paying for it. My buddy and I went to the store to buy it, and my unbelievable friend and I met one of our unbelievable friends. He saw the air conditioning system and asked where my unbelievable friend and I were going to put it. After explaining the whole story to him of how my unbelievable friend and I put off buying one for months, he decided to buy it for us. My buddy and I tried to stop him, although he would not take “no” for an answer. It was super kind of him. He is one of those people who gives and gives. You would feel that he does not have anything left to give, however somehow, he is always blessed financially, and I legitimately feel it is because he gives and gives of himself and his money. My buddy and I are so blessed to have a associate who spontaneously buys things for us.

I have one of the smallest houses that I have personally ever seen.
I am not complaining at all because I picked my house. I actually adore how little it is. It makes me feel so cozy. It is basically two rooms. One room that has a tiny family room plus living room plus a truly small family room. My family room is large enough to fit my bed plus that is about it. I have a lot of land though. I have about twenty-five acres of land, plus I plan to build a much greater property on it someday, but for right now, this tiny property is actually all that I need. One thing that I have found actually funny is how easy it is to heat my house. There was no boiler in the property when I bought it because it was previously owned by someone who was against using electricity. The man basically lived plus off-grid lifestyle. It was pretty cool to see his set up when I moved in here. I did not want to get a boiler installed in such a little house, so I ended up just buying a little propane space furnace that hangs on the way. It was not truly costly, plus it works great! It heats the whole property within a few minutes. Even my family room gets hot as long as I leave the door open. I am so delighted that I decided to get that little propane furnace instead of investing in a current boiler. Not to mention, propane is pretty incostly around here.
