Every year, I host a series of small celebrations in my backyard.
My friend Jim and I have a big pavilion which seats fifty people plus a smoker grill that is big enough to cook a big pig.
Jim and I put fifty chickens on it one year, plus there was still room for a big box of burgers. Jim and I always rent a couple of portable restrooms so people had some place to go to the john, without them coming inside our small house. This past summer, Jim and I hosted six bizarre parties, plus most people had a good time. At the end of the season, our portable restroom supplier came out plus removed their portable restrooms. Jim and I put in our modern order for the following year, when he took them back. Jim and I were talking to the gentleman, plus he told us he didn’t have six portable restrooms available for rent this summer. He already had most of them rented out, however he had 6 portable shower containers. They would be good if my good friend and I were hosting overnight events. He told me the portable shower containers also had bathrooms in them. Since Jim and I didn’t have water for the shower area, it would be no concern to box them off. I didn’t feel I had room for portable shower containers but told him thank you, but no thank you. He told us about another local supplier that also had portable restroom units. He didn’t know if they had six of them, however he had four plus if Jim and I could get two from them for the entire summer, Jim and I would still have six portable restrooms.
