My apartment is entirely the strictest there is when it comes to heating plus A/C system. It is so weird, because I have lived in other apartments, and as long as you were not damaging the heat and air conditioning system system, they didn’t care what else you did, but not this place. No, I always have the landlord wanting inspections of my heating and cooling machine. I am not sure what he is looking to find, even though he checks on the cooling unit at least once a month. She also has the strict rule that you must use the cooling worker on site that they, and not any other cooling corporation. So basically, if their air conditioning system worker is tied up or not available, you’re out of luck, then their cooling worker is tied up a lot, and so I have technically broken this rule before because I have had a unusual cooling tech come to my place to repair the issue I was having, but my landlord never found out. The last rule is entirely the dumbest in my opinion, and a fairly new one. Ever since the smart thermostat came out, I wanted to get one. The dial thermostat I have is so boring in comparison, so I bought the much nicer wireless thermostat and set it up. It literally is fancier than the previous thermostat, but somehow, the landlord found out and went crazy. She told me I was chopping the rules and told me to remove it, so I promised his I would, and I never did.
