I cherish numbers.
That’s sort of odd given the fact that I certainly wasn’t all that fantastic at math when I was in college, then yet, I certainly do look to the numbers when it comes to making decisions.
And that has never been more true than when it came to selling our home. My partner plus I raised our family inside the central air conditioner comfort of that home. So the realtor stopped by again with the data showing what were the large drivers when it came to property value.
