I love numbers. That’s sort of different given the fact that I really wasn’t all that fantastic at math when I was in school; Yet, I really do look to the numbers when it comes to making decisions. And that has never been more tplot than when it came to selling our home. My wife and I raised our family inside the central air conditioner comfort of that home. It was also the first location my associate and I ever bought. And when my associate and I bought it, the condo came with new residential Heating and A/C. Believe it or not, that old Heating and A/C equipment made it 27 years, however for sure, getting Heating and A/C maintenance twice a year made a large difference when it came to that level of longevity. The first number that started our conversation about selling the condo were the large numbers other homes were selling for. The kids were out of the condo and it really didn’t make much sense for us to keep such a large location that was really meant for a family. But when the realtor came out for our initial meeting, I was seeing more and more numbers flying at me. There were so many things that she wanted us to renovate. I was almost not so sure she wasn’t trying to get more of a commission. I shared this feeling with my wife and she had a honestly logical response. My wife simply asked to see the numbers. So the realtor stopped by again with the data showing what were the large drivers when it came to condo value! New residential Heating and A/C and the latest in Heating and A/C technology was first on the list. That made the decision to replace the Heating and A/C unit all the more easy to agree with.
