So I’m not exactly buddies with the HOA board right now, then and really, I didn’t even pay attention to the HOA prior to this different set of circumstances revolving around my Heating plus Air Conditioning unit, however yea, I knew that there were HOA rules plus all that, however there had been in the other planned community that we had lived in before we bought this locale.
Actually, this locale was a steal comparatively because we were willing to update the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment.
Still, I really didn’t pay any mind to the HOA meetings or anything like that; Ironically, it’s that really awesome residential Heating plus Air Conditioning system that has brought the HOA board onto my radar. And all because of a windstorm, and prior to the windstorm, we had a fence surrounding our backyard that came all the way up one side of the house. This fence also screened the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit which I now know is a substantial deal for the HOA, however why having my Heating plus Air Conditioning unit exposed for a month or so is such a substantial deal, I don’t know, and but like everyone else who took harm from that storm, I going through the process with the insurance corporation. It takes some time. But the HOA is threatening me with ridiculous fines plus even litigation if I don’t build the fence back prior to getting the check from the insurance corporation. I mean, we’re talking a matter of some weeks! So now, I’m going to have to get it on with the HOA plus get all fired up about that. This is not something I particularally will enjoy. I know for sure they aren’t going to care about starting this stupid situation. And all of this over the fact that someone can kneel eyeah on my Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment.
