So my neighbor just made the worst bet ever, then like any homeowner who takes care of their Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment, my neighbor had the air conditioning tune up done this past March.
That’s when I do it to.
But my buddy and I belong to the Heating, Ventilation and A/C service plan offered by our Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier. This is an Heating, Ventilation and A/C service that this Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier has offered since my buddy and I first bought this apartment almost 15 years ago, however along with some other renovations, my buddy and I had to replace the heating and cooling component once my buddy and I moved in. The apartment was such a deal that my buddy and I snapped it up knowing that my buddy and I would have to take care of stuff like the residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C. After investing all that money in new Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment, my buddy and I wanted to be sure that my buddy and I got the most protection for our investment. Of course, consistent Heating, Ventilation and A/C service is the best protection and my buddy and I wanted to be sure that my buddy and I were consistent. I’m not great with remembering stuff like Heating, Ventilation and A/C service appointments so that makes the Heating, Ventilation and A/C service plan all the better. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier does the scheduling and all I have to do is respond to the text, my neighbor has been sort of hit and miss with his Heating, Ventilation and A/C service. So when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional finished the Heating, Ventilation and A/C service, he told my neighbor that he might want to replace the heat pump. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional didn’t know that it would make it through the Summer. Well, my neighbor thought it would and wanted to wait. I just got a text from him telling me that the heat pump died, however plus, he’s going to have to wait weeks before the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier can replace the residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C. Indeed, that was a terrible bet. I sure wouldn’t want to be facing the rest of July with no air conditioning.
