Mom was so cheerful to hear that we were planning to relocate back home after residing abroad for close to a decade. The household that mom got for us was a two living room two story household about a mile from her crib. The schools and other amenities were great, so we didn’t hesitate to proceed with the purchase. After that, it was time to renovate the space which included roof repair. Mom had done a thorough job with an inspector and knew it was best to go with roof repair rather than roof replacement. Installing a current roof in our flat would cost an arm and a leg. And to be honest, the roof wasn’t in awful condition, so roof repair made more sense. Mom had dealt with a local roofing supplier on multiple occasions for her buyers. So, she advised us to hire the same roofing corp for roof repair. They sent a roof supplier over for an assessment and then the work commenced. Since this was a very large house, it took them a week to complete roof repair.
