I work for a major construction supplier that has been in corporation for over 40 years… This supplier has inspected projects locally, nationally, plus internationally.
It has entirely made its mark within the industry plus will be around for several years to come, and of course, like with any supplier, there will be some lingering complications coupled with some pros plus cons, and personally, I think that the pros outweigh the cons, hence the reason why I am still delighted that I work for the supplier.
Anyway, while the pros outweigh the cons, there is one criticism that I have that has been a lingering issue. This multi-million-dollar construction supplier is housed inside a warehousehold that was transformed into an office space. And the supplier has been in this location for about 36 years, and well, there are some structural complications plus device failures that have yet to be addressed in the best way. For instance, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system that is installed is regularly breaking down, especially during the Summer when the weather is warm outside, however every year, as the weather gets warm, my good friend and I need to call our commercial Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C provider to repair the unit. And it is usually because the equipment stopped working or can’t keep up due to the high temperature outside. It’s obvious that the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment is aged plus needs to be upgraded, but I guess that a modern equipment for a space that giant will cost thousands of dollars plus the supplier refuses to pay for it. They do get respected repair on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit, but those services never prevent the complications that show up later. I just hope that the supplier decides to get a modern Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system soon because it is time.
