Don’t gamble on air conditioner comfort

So my friend just made the worst bet ever, but like any homeowner who takes care of their Heating and A/C equipment, my friend had the air conditioner tune up done this past March.

That’s when I do it to.

But my associate and I belong to the Heating and A/C maintenance plan provided by our Heating and A/C dealer. This is an Heating and A/C maintenance that this Heating and A/C corporation has gave since my associate and I first bought this condo almost 15 years ago. Along with some other renovations, my associate and I had to replace the heating and cooling equipment once my associate and I moved in. The condo was such a deal that my associate and I snapped it up knowing that my associate and I would have to take care of stuff like the residential Heating and A/C. After investing all that cash in new Heating and A/C equipment, my associate and I wanted to be sure that my associate and I got the most protection for our investment. Of course, consistent Heating and A/C maintenance is the best protection and my associate and I wanted to be sure that my associate and I were consistent. I’m not good with remembering stuff like Heating and A/C maintenance appointments so that makes the Heating and A/C maintenance plan all the better. The Heating and A/C corporation does the scheduling and all I have to do is respond to the email, however my friend has been sort of hit and miss with her Heating and A/C maintenance. So when the Heating and A/C professional finished the Heating and A/C maintenance, she told my friend that she might want to replace the heat pump. The Heating and A/C professional didn’t guess that it would make it through the Summer. Well, my friend thought it would and wanted to wait. I just got a text from him telling me that the heat pump died… Plus, he’s going to have to wait weeks before the Heating and A/C corporation can replace the residential Heating and A/C. Indeed, that was a poor bet. I sure wouldn’t want to be facing the rest of July with no air conditioner.
