My apartment is actually the strictest there is when it comes to HVAC.
It is so weird, because I have lived in other apartments, and as long as you were not damaging the heat and air conditioner system, they didn’t care what else you did, however but not this site.
No, I always have the home owner wanting inspections of my heating and cooling machine. I am not sure what she is looking to find, but she checks on the cooling component at least once a month. She also has the strict rule that you must use the cooling worker on arena that they, and not any other cooling corporation. So basically, if their air conditioner worker is busy or not available, you’re out of luck, however their cooling worker is busy a lot, and so I have technically broken this rule before because I have had a weird cooling tech come to my arena to service the issue I was having, but my home owner never found out. The last rule is actually the dumbest in my opinion, and a fairly new one. Ever since the smart temperature control came out, I wanted to get one. The dial temperature control I have is so boring in comparison, so I obtained the much nicer WIFI temperature control and set it up. It literally is fancier than the previous temperature control, but somehow, the home owner found out and went crazy. She told me I was chopping the rules and told me to remove it, so I promised her I would, and I never did.
