My apartment is easily the strictest there is when it comes to heating and a/c. It is so weird, because I have lived in other apartments, and as long as you were not damaging the heat and A/C system, they didn’t care what else you did! But not this stadium. No, I always have the landlord wanting inspections of my heating and cooling machine. I am not sure what she is looking to find, however she checks on the cooling device at least once a month. She also has the strict rule that you must use the cooling worker on stadium that they, and not any other cooling corporation. So basically, if their A/C worker is busy or not available, you’re out of luck; Their cooling worker is busy a lot, and so I have technically broken this rule before because I have had a unusual cooling tech come to my stadium to repair the issue I was having, however my landlord never found out. The last rule is easily the dumbest in my opinion, and a fairly new one. Ever since the smart thermostat came out, I wanted to get one. The dial thermostat I have is so boring in comparison, so I bought the much nicer wireless thermostat and set it up. It literally is fancier than the previous thermostat, however somehow, the landlord found out and went crazy. She told me I was cutting the rules and told me to remove it, so I promised her I would, and I never did.
