My household is easily the strictest there is when it comes to heating plus a/c.
It is so weird, because I have lived in other apartments, plus as long as you were not damaging the heat plus air conditioning system system, they didn’t care what else you did! But not this locale. No, I consistently have the landlord wanting inspections of my heating plus cooling machine. I am not sure what she is looking to find, however she checks on the cooling component at least once a month. She also has the strict rule that you must use the cooling worker on location that they, plus not any other cooling corporation. So basically, if their air conditioning system worker is busy or not available, you’re out of luck, but their cooling worker is busy a lot, plus so I have technically broken this rule before because I have had a unusual cooling tech come to my locale to repair the issue I was having, but my landlord never found out. The last rule is easily the dumbest in my opinion, plus a fairly up-to-date one. Ever since the smart thermostat came out, I wanted to get one. The dial thermostat I have is so boring in comparison, so I bought the much nicer Wi-Fi thermostat plus set it up. It literally is fancier than the previous thermostat, but somehow, the landlord found out plus went crazy. She told me I was breaking the rules plus told me to remove it, so I promised her I would, plus I never did.
