My partner overheard me telling the neighbor that I was unquestionably happy for Summer. When I walked inside, I was asked to repeat my sentiments about the approaching Summer so she could hear it & maybe even tape it. I deserved that one. Indeed, I’ve been the winiest & most a/c needy of all of us since my associate and I moved to the south. And I mean, my associate and I moved way south… Like, I broke out the space boiler several times this winter season just to keep my streak of not turning on the heat pump during the winter season alive. It’s that far south & with this sort of latitude comes with it a whole bunch of high rapidly changing temperatures & equally high humidity levels! Of course, I was completely overwhelmed by the heat of the Summer. The first couple, I could only go from a/c to a/c… Just the time getting to & from the car was unbearable. But the big costs of cooling the household because of my heat aversion was killing our finances. So I had to beginning toiling on both acclimating to the climate down here in the Summer & easing up on the control equipment settings. I’ve gotten off to a good beginning so far. I’ve been relatively light handed with the cooling all Spring to get more accustomed to the heat. And I had the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals come out to install a smart control unit. This up-to-date Heating & Air Conditioning technology will be sure to keep us comfortable without going overboard with a/c or cooling an empty house. So yea, I am happy for the Summer & for sure, I’d be willing to have that statement recorded.
