My youngsters are all trying to talk me into taking them to the zoo later on this week but I just don’t know if I can.
I do not like being outside whenever the temperature is too cold, and even though Spring is coming, the weather is not truly heating up all that much around here yet. My superb friend and I live right by a easily huge lake, plus the wind that blows off of the lake makes the temperature feel a lot colder than it actually is, but whenever there is wind, it makes it even worse. It has been pretty windy the past few afternoons, plus I am afraid that it’s going to be even windier at the zoo because it is up on the top of a hill over by the lake, however anyway, my pal and I have not even turned off our furnace for the year, so I just don’t know if it’s the right time of the year to go walking around outside at the zoo. My youngsters, of course, don’t care at all, then they would go out in a blizzard if it meant that they got to see some giraffes, and kids are always unusual like that. They don’t cherish the temperature or the weather or if they have access to a furnace or an a/c unit. They just always want to do whatever it is that they are interested in at the moment. I truly don’t know if that is a superb way to live at all. I mean I think it’s superb to not worry about things, but once in a while you need to look ahead plus make a plan. I think that is what happens as you become an adult!
