I cherish numbers.

• That’s sort of peculiar given the fact that I entirely wasn’t all that great at math when I was in college.

Yet, I entirely do look to the numbers when it comes to making decisions. And that has never been more tplot than when it came to selling our home. My fiance and I raised our family inside the central a/c comfort of that home. It was also the first arena my pal and I ever bought. But when the realtor came out for our initial meeting, I was seeing more and more numbers flying at me. There were so many things that she wanted us to renovate. I was almost not so sure she wasn’t trying to get more of a commission. I shared this feeling with my fiance and she had a honestly logical response. My fiance simply asked to see the numbers. So the realtor stopped by again with the data showing what were the giant drivers when it came to household value, new residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C and the latest in Heating, Ventilation and A/C technology was first on the list. That made the decision to replace the Heating, Ventilation and A/C device all the more straight-forward to agree with.

The air conditioner tune up was great for two reasons this year.

So my neighbor just made the worst bet ever, and like any homeowner who takes care of their Heating in addition to A/C equipment, my buddy had the air conditioner tune up done this past March.

It was mid-March, and the trees were still bare, but Spring should begin to arrive any morning now, and would the garden come back to life, or would something up-to-date need to be planted there?
