A couple mornings ago, I was chatting with my mom on a video call, & I noticed that she had a face mask hanging from her ear as she had just gotten back from the store… I didn’t realize that she was still wearing a face mask in public spaces, and these mornings, I barely see face masks when I am out in public & with the COVID-19 mandates coming to an end, I feel that wearing a face mask will eventually go away, then although I no longer wear a face mask in public spaces, I am still sad about the air quality for indoor spaces, then some places have replaced their Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems to include air cleaners.

It is in those places that I feel the most comfortable breathing in the air.

A couple years ago, indoor air quality was a huge deal, but now that the pandemic is over & the mandates are going away, people are less sad about the air that they are breathing in, however for me, indoor air quality is still on my radar. In fact, when I go to restaurants, I still prefer to sit outside where I know that I am breathing in fresh air. Also, when I am at home, I make sure that my indoor air quality is optimal by changing my air filter & I also make sure that my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component is well took care of because it is responsible for the ventilation in my house. All in all, however I am no longer wearing masks, I am still easily vigilant about indoor air quality, & I will consistently be regardless if there is a future pandemic or not.

With all this talk about going yellow, there is legislation being approved to transport forward with the yellow initiative.

At the beginning of this year, the current administration adjusted the SEER requirements for Heating, Ventilation, & A/C units.

SEER is an acronym for seasonal energy efficiency rating, & it basically measures the energy efficiency of an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. Yea, I knew that there were HOA rules & all that; There had been in the other planned community that my associate and I had lived in before my associate and I purchased this site. Actually, this place was a steal comparatively because my associate and I were willing to replace the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, however still, I entirely didn’t pay any mind to the HOA meetings or anything like that; Ironically, it’s that entirely awesome residential Heating & Air Conditioning system that has brought the HOA board onto my radar. And all because of a windstorm, and prior to the windstorm, my associate and I had a fence surrounding our backyard that came all the way up one side of the house. This fence also screened the Heating & Air Conditioning unit which I now know is a big deal for the HOA; Why having my Heating & Air Conditioning unit exposed for a month or so is such a big deal, I don’t know; But like everyone else who took harm from that storm, I going through the process with the insurance corporation. It takes some time. But the HOA is threatening me with deranged fines & even litigation if I don’t build the fence back prior to getting the check from the insurance corporation. I mean, we’re talking a matter of some weeks! So now, I’m going to have to get it on with the HOA & get all fired up about that. This is not something I particularally will enjoy. I know for sure they aren’t going to appreciate starting this stupid situation. And all of this over the fact that someone can sit eyes on my Heating & Air Conditioning equipment.

Wishing for something to happen isn’t going to do all that much toward entirely making stuff happen, then now, I’m a firm believer that perceived results aren’t typically what’s best, then however, I also know that one has to put forth a bit of effort to see where that takes you! This has never been more tploy for me than with my annual battle with cooling costs during the Summer.

The air conditioning comes on in addition to stays on pretty much from June through September; If one doesn’t at least try to curb the amount the heat pump is running, there won’t be any wishful costs savings.

I finally got this through my head after just wishing that I could lower my air conditioning costs. In fact, I had to entirely get up in addition to do something to make this happen. I took a look at their website on the advice of the Heating and A/C professional who was here doing the air conditioning tune up.
