I have never been the one to do what was popular.

• For instance, I grew up in the South with some well-off folks which means I had to attend lots of parties and afternoon teas.

I never liked going to these things, but I was forced to because of my mom. So, one year, I decided to break one of the major rules. I wore white to a party after Labor Day. My poor mother was horrified but I found it all to be comical. Needless to say, after that incident she never forced me to attend those boring parties again. My mother has always tried to control every aspect of my life. And even after I moved out of her house, she tried to dictate how things should be in my own home. She wanted to decorate my home with elegant furniture as well as antique and glamorous furniture. When I took her furniture shopping with me, she tried to pick out certain pieces, but I found them to be gaudy and over-the-top. My mom was used to a certain type of sophistication and luxury, but clearly, I am not the same way. In fact, I like rustic furniture that is cozy and inviting. Everyday furniture that is not just there for decoration. Growing up, my mom’s house had so many glamorous furniture pieces that we weren’t allowed to be in certain rooms, and I was always bothered by that. So instead of glamorous furniture I chose to decorate my home with mostly rustic furniture that was warm and welcoming. Needless to say, my mom didn’t approve, but it’s my house and I chose what made me happy.

My apartment is probably the strictest there is when it comes to heating and air conditioning.

It is so weird, because I have lived in other apartments, and as long as you were not damaging the heat and A/C system, they didn’t care what else you did.

But not this place. No, I constantly have the landlord wanting inspections of my heating and cooling machine. I am not sure what she is looking to find, but she checks on the cooling device at least once a month. She also has the strict rule that you must use the cooling worker on site that they, and not any other cooling corporation. So basically, if their A/C worker is busy or not available, you’re out of luck. Their cooling worker is busy a lot, and so I have technically broken this rule before because I have had a different cooling tech come to my place to repair the issue I was having, but my landlord never found out. The last rule is probably the dumbest in my opinion, and a fairly new one. Ever since the smart thermostat came out, I wanted to get one. The dial thermostat I have is so boring in comparison, so I bought the much nicer wifi thermostat and set it up. It literally is fancier than the previous thermostat, but somehow, the landlord found out and went crazy. She told me I was breaking the rules and told me to remove it, so I promised her I would, and I never did.

I have been unlucky enough to live in apartments almost my entire life.

And I have hated every single second of it.

Apartment heating and cooling is inferior in every way, shape and form to central heating and air conditioning of the home. Especially if you have something like window air conditioning. What about central heating and cooling in apartments, you might wonder? Well, the difference is that you don’t have control over your own heating and air conditioning machine, the landlord does. So if you are having issues with your heat and A/C device, you are completely dependent on someone else to take care of your issue with the HVAC system. Now depending on the landlord, sometimes it can be ok, but other times it is pretty bad. I have had some landlords turn out to be great, and other ones? Not so much. I would be stuck in the intense heat, my cooling component is broken, and the landlord is not responding to my calls. Sometimes I would call a separate heat and A/C business to take care of the problem for me, and would you believe that the landlord complained about having an unfamiliar cooling worker at my home? Utterly ridiculous, and only another reason why I couldn’t wait to move out and into my own home so that way I could control my own HVAC system. Yes, being a homeowner is harder, but at least I am completely free to make my own decisions around my home.

When I was thinking about it I really can remember how old central heating and air conditioning system units are very noisy! Or should I say they were.

They do not make these kind of central heating and air conditioning system units any longer.

This is how it was way back in the day when central heating and air conditioning systems were brand new and fresh on the market. But today the way they make central heating and air conditioning systems this is no longer an issue. They are no longer noisy and actually some central heating and air conditioning system units today are so quiet you can hear a pin drop! That is how quiet they can be. It is a real mind blower when you think about how quiet central heating and air conditioning systems are today. Back when the noise that central heating and air conditioning systems made when they came on and off would wake the dead! That is how loud and clunky they were. I am so glad those days are long behind us. I can remember when I was a kid how central heating and air conditioning systems would keep me from getting a good night sleep. It was not a good thing by any means. So I am over the sky on how great central heating and air conditioning systems are today with the quiet nature they now have. I am glad that heating and cooling technology was able to fix this!

As time goes on heating and air conditioning seems to just keep on growing. What I mean by this is that the technology of heating and air conditioning just keeps on getting more and more advanced as time goes on. They always seem to keep on inventing more and more things when it comes to heating and air conditioning. You just never really know what is around the corner. I mean I can remember when smart thermostats first came onto the heating and air conditioning market. It was almost like an overnight type thing. One day it was just here, and it was an amazing thing! Then when you think about other stuff like radiant heated floors, smart air vents and even portable air conditioning systems it gets even more and more advanced. I really appreciate just how much heating and air conditioning has grown over the last several years. And I am sure the heating and air conditioning industry is just going to keep on growing as the years go on. With all the different technology available today to advance heating and air conditioning even more it would not surprise me if tomorrow we had a central heating and air conditioning system unit that was brand new, up to date and could talk! I am totally serious on that thought because this is how much heating and air conditioning technology has grown and will keep on growing! I am looking forward to what is coming in the future when it comes to heating and air conditioning.

I have a ductless mini split air conditioning system in my house.

And I decided the other day that I want to take the ductless mini split air conditioning system and convert it into a ductless mini split heating and air conditioning unit.

I want heating as well as the cooling in the room that I have the ductless mini split. I felt that it would be the best thing for all in my household. Because I have the ductless mini split in the living room area of my home. And if I can have it be more than just a ductless mini split air conditioning system and also add heating into the mix so we have a heater, that would be great. Because by doing this it will reduce the amount of our monthly energy bill a lot. And in turn this will save us all good money and be able to live easier and freer in the winter time months of the year. I thought about actually getting a few more ductless mini split air conditioning system units and having them converted into full ductless mini split heating and air conditioning systems like I plan to do with the one that we do have in the living room area of our home. However, this would be a super huge investment because ductless mini split air conditioning systems are not cheap by any means! So for now, we will just work with the one ductless mini split air conditioning system that we have and turn it into a full ductless mini split heating and air conditioning unit.
