So I’m not exactly buddies with the HOA board right now.

• And really, I didn’t even pay attention to the HOA prior to this strange set of circumstances revolving around my Heating & Air Conditioning unit.

Yea, I knew that there were HOA rules & all that; There had been in the other planned community that my associate and I had lived in before my associate and I purchased this site. Actually, this place was a steal comparatively because my associate and I were willing to replace the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, however still, I entirely didn’t pay any mind to the HOA meetings or anything like that; Ironically, it’s that entirely awesome residential Heating & Air Conditioning system that has brought the HOA board onto my radar. And all because of a windstorm, and prior to the windstorm, my associate and I had a fence surrounding our backyard that came all the way up one side of the house. This fence also screened the Heating & Air Conditioning unit which I now know is a big deal for the HOA; Why having my Heating & Air Conditioning unit exposed for a month or so is such a big deal, I don’t know; But like everyone else who took harm from that storm, I going through the process with the insurance corporation. It takes some time. But the HOA is threatening me with deranged fines & even litigation if I don’t build the fence back prior to getting the check from the insurance corporation. I mean, we’re talking a matter of some weeks! So now, I’m going to have to get it on with the HOA & get all fired up about that. This is not something I particularally will enjoy. I know for sure they aren’t going to appreciate starting this stupid situation. And all of this over the fact that someone can sit eyes on my Heating & Air Conditioning equipment.

My husbandy overheard me telling the acquaintance that I was absolutely gleeful for Summer.

When I walked inside, I was asked to repeat my sentiments about the approaching Summer so he could hear it in addition to maybe even tape it.

I deserved that one. Indeed, I’ve been the winiest in addition to most air conditioner needy of all of us since my buddy and I moved to the south. Wishing for something to happen isn’t going to do all that much toward entirely making stuff happen, and now, I’m a firm believer that perceived results aren’t always what’s best, however, I also know that one has to put forth a bit of effort to see where that takes you, then this has never been more true for me than with my annual battle with cooling costs while in the Summer.

• The air conditioner comes on in addition to stays on pretty much from July through September… If one doesn’t at least try to curb the amount the heat pump is running, there won’t be any wishful costs savings.

I finally got this through my head after just wishing that I could lower my air conditioner costs. In fact, I had to entirely get up in addition to do something to make this happen. It’s so nice though that I didn’t have to look any further than my Heating in addition to A/C dealer. I took a look at their website on the advice of the Heating in addition to A/C contractor who was here doing the air conditioner tune up. I had the opening to be here in addition to talk with him a bit about unusual strategies that I could emplot to lower the high costs of cooling the house. The Heating in addition to A/C professional was right, it was all right there for me on the website… All I did was just follow step by step to get my home ready for the heat in addition to humidity.
