My partner Don was an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman for several years.

Before she passed away a couple of years ago, she had been working as an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman for almost 50 years! That’s the longest work of anyone that I ever knew… I mean, I can’t even imagine working as an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman for that long, but don, on the other hand, always said that she couldn’t ever imagine doing any other kind of work than Heating plus Air Conditioning work.

She always said that she was born to work on heating systems plus a/c units. I always thought that that was funny. I suppose that she was a truly smart woman plus that she could have done anything that she set her mind to, although she truly enjoyed doing heating plus cooling work, then over the years, she must have trained dozens plus dozens of new heating plus cooling servicemans. I suppose that she truly left her mark on the community here because whenever my pal and I had her funeral, there were hundreds of people that came. I did not know most of them, most of them told me that Don had come to their home to work on their Heating plus Air Conditioning systems over the years plus that is how she knew most of them. It was interesting to see all of the weird kinds of people that she knew through her work at the heating plus cooling supplier. Needless to say, my pal and I always have the best indoor air quality at our house! Don made sure that my pal and I ended up with the easily best high efficiency heating plus cooling system of anyone in our town.

 

Electric heating

I work for a major construction company that has been in corporation for over 40 years… This company has worked on projects locally, nationally, plus internationally.

It has definitely made its mark within the industry plus will be around for several years to come; Of course, like with any company, there will be some lingering concerns coupled with some pros plus cons! Personally, I assume that the pros outweigh the cons, hence the reason why I am still happy that I work for the company.

Anyway, while the pros outweigh the cons, there is one criticism that I have that has been a lingering issue. This multi-million-dollar construction company is housed inside a warehome that was transformed into an office space. And the company has been in this location for about 36 years! Well, there are some structural concerns plus equipment failures that have yet to be addressed in the best way. For instance, the Heating plus A/C system that is installed is constantly chopping down, especially during the Summer when the weather is moderate outside, every year, as the weather gets warm, my fine friend and I need to call our commercial Heating plus A/C provider to repair the unit. And it is usually because the unit stopped working or can’t keep up due to the high temperature outside. It’s apparent that the Heating plus A/C unit is old plus needs to be substituted, but I know that a new unit for a space that big will cost thousands of dollars plus the company refuses to pay for it. They do get respected repair on the Heating plus A/C unit, but those services never prevent the concerns that show up later. I just hope that the company decides to get a new Heating plus A/C system soon because it is time.

 

My company needs to buy a new Heating plus A/C system

Yeah I know it is a strange title.

What exactly does it mean? Well I’m not entirely sure just yet, give me some time.

I just woke up plus am shaking the cobwebs from my head still. This week is Friday plus I am trying to figure out what I am doing for the day; volleyball or rock n roll? I’ve been playing vball for 31 years plus my future is bleak with that, so rock n roll seems like the best choice for the future. But I haven’t played in about 10 days because of a dispute with my bandmate. The heating supplier is where my wonderful friend and I met originally, however then I didn’t meet again till I saw him playing outside of this small local corporation on the beach. I feel he is coming down this eve to play so I am going to skip the volleyball plus put my energy into something with a future. I will disinfect my HEPA filter this week plus work on a time to meet with my bandmate to smooth out the dispute plus get back to wonderful again so that my wonderful friend and I can play for this local company next month. I feel my wonderful friend and I have a wonderful chemistry however my wonderful friend and I need to communicate more or the band will fall apart from lack of direction. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C rep told us he has never seen a band like us plus it would be such a waste if my wonderful friend and I let the thing fall into oblivion because of some small dispute. I will try my best to make this thing work but I need him to be on the same page.

Sometimes you are given an option in life, in addition to if you don’t go for it you may never get that option again. This is what my buddy and I are faced with right now as my bandmate in addition to I are on the verge of something great, but his fear is paralyzing in addition to if he does not go for it then my buddy and I may fall apart in addition to be done. My friend and I have been making some amazing music, in addition to a lot of people are talking about how much they like the songs, but if my bandmate shies away from success then our option may vanish forever. Heating in addition to cooling repairs is what he does during the week, but his heart is with songs in addition to he needs to suppose that he can make it happen or why even bother trying. I guess he is entirely depressed in addition to the depression is keeping him from taking the next step in success, in addition to with me being his bandmate it isn’t helping me much with him being hesitant like this. I also work in the HVAC industry doing a lot of cooling system repairs in addition to things like that, however I know that my songs can take me venues that this heating in addition to cooling industry can’t, in addition to so I want to push in addition to make it happen before I get too old. I will try to get him on the same page as I am, but if he keeps being like a turtle then my buddy and I will have no other option but to leave him in addition to find another person who is hungry for success. Until then I’ll keep working on boilers in addition to heat pumps till the time is right to move on.

 

hvac maintenance

Just had a little skirmish with my roommate although I believe my good friend and I have sorted it all out now.

Life can throw you all kinds of curveballs plus bumps, however if you have some patience plus a little bit of love you can get through them with little stress.

I am a bit sleepy from hitting this bar too late last night, however the good news is that I believe my good friend and I may have a gig playing music there in two more days, but i believe it is an open mic jam session, so my good friend and I won’t play long, however they have a fireplace next to the phase plus I believe it would be honestly cool to motion picture us playing that night. I would like to get into other local suppliers to perform however my good friend and I need some good footage in a club, plus this one with a nice fireplace for heating would be great. I will do my best that night to make a good show plus hopefully my good friend and I will get some more gigs out of it in the long run. My goal is to quit the Heating plus A/C dealer job in a few months plus rely totally on the money I make from doing gigs to pay all of my bills. I believe this Summer will be a defining phase for our band, plus if my good friend and I are lucky plus push ourselves a bit I believe my good friend and I can end up making it work… My Heating plus A/C tech bandmate is a bit scared of success, although I believe I can push him along plus make our dream come tploy soon.

Until then I’ll keep working on heaters and heat pumps till the time is right to transport on.
